The Vision
What we see
The Manna family has a bold vision that reaches far beyond what we can accomplish today. We dream of creating a dedicated space that reflects our passion and purpose—offering an inspiring glimpse into the future of Manna.

We’re excited about the possibilities ahead and would love for you to join us on this journey. Together, we can turn this vision into reality and make a lasting impact.

Our Heart
Jai, who trained in the performing arts from childhood through her young adult years, experienced firsthand the power of musical theatre to move hearts and spark meaningful conversations after a visit to the theatre.

She began to wonder: What if this art form could be used to share the gospel—bringing it to life in a way that inspires audiences to talk about Jesus long after the curtain falls?

The idea for Manna was born in Jai and Gary’s hearts during a challenging season when Jai was very unwell and housebound. (To read more about her story, please visit the ‘Our Founders’ page.)
In 2007, they committed themselves to full-time Christian ministry.

Manna began humbly—with just a handful of children in a small hall above a Safeway in Hertfordshire. From the start, the mission was clear: to train children and adults to use the arts as a powerful tool to present the gospel, engaging audiences and taking the message to the marketplace.

Over the past 18 years, Manna has grown into a vibrant training and sending organisation. The Crick family now travels together, sharing the gospel through performances at a variety of events. As a family of six, they remain united in this calling.

And their vision continues to grow.
Our Home
The Dwelling is a dream—an Arts Mission that will serve as a home for the Manna family to grow, expand, and impact generations to come.

Our goal is to acquire 2–3 acres (or more) to establish a permanent base in the Staffordshire area.
As the home of Manna, The Dwelling will be a dedicated space for training in Christian Performance Arts, helping to nurture and expand the mission God has placed in our hearts.

We envision a performance and training centre set in beautiful surroundings that reflect God’s goodness and creativity.

The Dwelling will also be a place where churches can gather for away days, training sessions, or simply find rest and renewal.

It will be a space filled with prayer and worship—open 24/7—where creativity and faith meet to bring the gospel to life through the arts.

But we cannot bring this vision to life alone.

If you feel led to support this dream, we invite you to partner with us. Together, we can help make The Dwelling a reality.
